Also, I've purchased quite a few at the rate of 1 gold per 3 sacs. I find it easier to help them out, and ask if I can have the venom sacs when the quests are finished. If you find there is competetion there, it's probably just people doing quests. Mobs there are in the mid 60s, very easy for a competant person of level 70. I would like to note, however, that I have no nature resist at all, and I still full resist the posion around 30% of the time. Unless cured, it's basically a guaranteed 1000 damage. The poison on these guys is pretty strong.
